ABOUT ME
I am a Comprehensive Pilates Therapist with a level 4 Specialist Diploma in Mat Pilates and I am fully qualified to teach on a Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel. I offer Pilates for all ages and abilities.
I am passionate about Pilates after suffering myself from the effects of poor posture from working at a desk all day and core weakness following two pregnancies. Pilates works! I have significantly improved my core strength, everyday movement and posture and no longer suffer with pain.
I turned my passion into a career in 2016 and since then I have supported many people with understanding and improving their own bodies and reducing pain. I am fully qualified to work with pre and postnatal women including those with diastasis recti and I can support individuals with many underlying orthopaedic conditions including osteoporosis.
I teach individuals and hold small group classes locally. I teach a wide range of people ranging from those looking for support with injuries, to those wanting to improve flexibility, mobility, strength and balance to those participating in both local and professional sports.
